Now in our 28th year, Net Impact has grown a grassroots, global movement of students and emerging impact leaders who want to use their skills to make a positive impact for people and planet.

Net Impact’s mission is to inspire and equip emerging leaders to build a more just and sustainable world.
Approach
Our approach focuses on engaging 300+ global chapters of next-generation leaders to connect, learn, and act on the social and environmental issues they care about most.
2021 Vision
In 2021, our global community continued to be tested by the hardships inflicted by the COVID-19 pandemic, ongoing social injustices, and the effects of climate change on the planet. Yet our community of social impact and sustainability leaders demonstrated passion and resilience as they continued to create meaningful and sustainable solutions to drive change and further Net Impact's mission. This year was one of immense growth and progress for Net Impact as we embarked on new collaborations with GOOD Worldwide and Upworthy while continuing to empower our network of next-generation leaders to use their careers for the benefit of people and the planet.
