Gloria Cartwright

Gloria Cartwright has been in Retail Operations for most of her working career. She has a passion for OPS and working behind the scenes. She was an OPS manager for about four years after being an elevated OPS consultant for four years. She is also a visual artist and has been painting for most of her life. She believes OPS and painting are very similar in that the details and the bigger picture are essential, and you have to balance both to achieve your masterpiece.
