Asheen Phansey

Asheen (he/his) is a leader in corporate sustainability, currently serving as the Director of ESG & Sustainability for PagerDuty, a publicly traded tech firm. Prior, Asheen served as the global head of sustainability for the $4B tech firm Dassault Systèmes, named the #1 Most Sustainable Corporation by Corporate Knights for 2018, and consulted in sustainability strategy for companies in tech, fashion, chemicals, and financial services.

Over his 15 years in corporate sustainability, Asheen co-authored the Aerospace sector guidance to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, co-developed the Handprinting for Innovation methodology as part of Harvard’s SHINE consortium, and contributed to the Higg Product eco-index. He also co-founded Eleven Radius, dedicated to catalyzing the circular economy in fashion.

Asheen holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Babson College, and teaches Biomimetic Design as an adjunct faculty member at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design. In his downtime, Asheen is into cooking, fashion, travel, languages (because of the travel), and running (because of the cooking). He cooks with his daughter and coaches his son’s travel soccer team.
