Rob Frederick is VP of Corporate Responsibility at Brown-Forman. He is responsible for leading and deepening the company’s commitment to social responsibility and environmental stewardship in ways that support brand building, advance the company’s strategic imperatives and improve business performance. Prior to Brown-Forman, Rob was a key driver of Ford Motor Company’s corporate citizenship and sustainability efforts. He has also been a consultant with ICF Consulting and worked for Weyerhaeuser.

Rob Kaplan is Manager of Corporate Responsibility at Brown-Forman. He develops brand and communication strategies to engage consumers while achieving corporate responsibility commitments. Rob works across Brown-Forman on initiatives including global green marketing and cause marketing platforms, and drunk driving prevention strategies. Rob serves on the board of directors of the Kentucky Resources Council, the advisory board of the Kentucky Green Building Council, and is a co-founder and leadership team member of Net Impact Bluegrass.
