To create an equitable society, we must commit to making unbiased choices and being anti-racist in all aspects of our lives. We proudly collaborate with our community, including our Net Impact Black Professional Chapter, to establish relationships and identify and inspire meaningful actions that enable Net Impact and other businesses, agencies, and institutions to truly become anti-racist. We purposely build our programs to diversify our student and professional chapters and engage students on college campuses on the topics of racial equity and bias.
