Give Kids The World Village (GKTW) is a nonprofit “storybook” resort that provides week-long, cost-free wish vacations to critically ill children and their families from around the world who want to visit Central Florida. Located in Kissimmee, FL and near the finest theme parks in the world, GKTW guests enjoy the unparalleled hospitality of The Village as well as full access to their favorite attractions. Since 1986, Give Kids The World Village has welcomed more than 200,000 families from all 50 states and 78 countries. The Village is made possible by the support of community and corporate partners, generous donors, and thousands of passionate volunteers who donate their time and talent making wishes come true. 

Give Kids The World seeks a dynamic, authentic leader with unimpeachable integrity, deep compassion and a strong strategic lens who will take the organization to exciting new heights by leveraging their background of executive leadership and management experience and a commitment to driving sustainable strategies. The new President & CEO will bring business and partnership development skills, fundraising prowess, familiarity with organizational culture change, an understanding of issues related to children with critical illnesses, and experience with and knowledge of leading nonprofit organizations. This position offers a competitive salary range of $350,000 to $400,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
