Village Capital is looking for an experienced, dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization in a time of great change in the sector. The CEO leads the development of the organization’s strategy in line with our mission and vision. They ensure an inclusive culture while developing and leading department heads, holding ultimate responsibility for the organization’s financial standing. Working with the Board and staff, the CEO sets strategic goals for the organization and works systematically to meet them. The role will be based in Washington, DC. The expected salary is c. $220,000-230,000 USD plus annual bonus and benefits.
