We welcomed Dottie Baumgarten to speak to us about how her business was developed to inform the local community about how to live more sustainable lifestyles, especially pertaining to water. She did this by showing us where all of our water comes from and the process that occurs between the river and our faucets. She really pressed how important it is for people to be educated on these topics so they feel more inclined to make important changes to their lifestyle to protect and preserve the earth for the future.
