Penn State Net Impact Undergraduate (PSNIUG) is a fast-growing student organization in the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University. Purpose Our mission is to inspire, educate, and equip individuals to use the power of business to create a more socially and environmentally sustainable world. Aims We aim to: Learn as students the benefits and needs of sustainability in a professional setting. Student Sustainability Business Conference: Net Impact is holding an event for companies and organizations that effectively incorporate sustainability in their operations in order to connect them with sustainably motivated students in one large networking opportunity. This event will benefit students through networking with leaders and executives, organizations through promoting their image and social responsibility, and the Smeal College of Business by furthering their leadership in sustainability and corporate social responsibility going forward.
