Colorado State University chapter hosted a Entrepreneurship Workshop for 22 "at risk" youth. We partnered with Opportunities Unlimited, an alternative high-school education program, to provide a workshop on the CSU campus. The event went from 11:00 - 4:00 and included lunch and multiple activities and lectures. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The high school students completed the workshop with a better understanding of how entrepreneurs identify a potential business opportunity, the steps to implementing their entrepreneurial ideas and resources that can support them in this process. NI intends on maintaining this relationship and providing addition business related workshops in the future.
