Sai Mukkamala, Director, Strategy & Planning | The Coca-Cola Company
Sai Mukkamala is the Director of Strategy & Planning for the Sustainability Team at Coca-Cola. In his role, Sai manages the integrated planning & performance for the North America Sustainability Team, including facilitating development of multi-year strategies and supporting the roadmap of initiatives and performance measurement capabilities. He manages strategic planning work on behalf of the Sustainability group, developing holistic and integrated business goals and priorities embedded within Operating, Marketing, and Customer plans to deliver World Without Waste, Water, Energy & Carbon objectives. He is responsible for ensuring that the long-range sustainability planning and financial budget is aligned with Marketing, Finance, and Technical teams to deliver on corporate commitments. Prior to his current role, he worked in investment strategy, commodities, supply-chain, and financial planning & risk management at Coca-Cola and in the financial services industry. Sai attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned dual-bachelor's degrees in Finance and Computer Science through the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the Wharton School and served as the co-founder of Penn Microfinance. Sai earned his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he focused his studies on General Management, Operations, Strategy, and Finance. At Kellogg, Sai served as director of the Kellogg Marketing Club and received the Northwestern Buffett Sustainability Award from the Northwestern Buffett Institute for Global Affairs.

Erin Peters, Head of Recruiting | Hillenbrand Corporate
Erin is the Global Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at Hillenbrand (NYSE: HI). Here she leads a global team focused on the attraction of talent to support the business growth. Erin has over 15 years of human resource leadership experience in banking, management consulting, and manufacturing industries. She holds a Masters in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and Bachelors in Intelligence Studies from Mercyhurst University. She and her husband Charley have twin five year old daughters Ava and Libby, and enjoy golfing, swimming, traveling, and park days together.
Mika Unterman, Director, Sustainability Capabilities & Planning | The Coca-Cola Company
Mika Unterman is the Director of Sustainability Capabilities and Planning for The Coca Cola Company North America. In her role, Mika leads the commercial effort to reach TCCC Worth Without Waste objectives relating to recyclability and recycled content, collection, and reuse. Her work involves creating multi stakeholder alignment across the Coca Cola System and assess the financial strength and execution success of sustainability initiatives within Canada. Previously, Mika worked in the legal recreational cannabis sector in Canada, leading commercialization of over 60 SKUs into the Canadian market. Additionally, she administered grant funding within Ontario to lead reuse initiatives across southwest Ontario and lead waste prevention strategies with cannabis retailers. Mika completed her graduate work at the University of Toronto and Ivey Business School with a focus on ESG and Circular Leadership practices.

Devon Bloom, Product Development Engineer | Rotex, a Hillenbrand Company
Trained as a mechanical engineer, Devon Bloom works in product development in the industrial equipment screening industry to drive innovations to meet market needs. While he’s been in this role for the last five years, he recently has served as his company’s corporate representative in the Innovation Sustainability Working Group. Prior to this role, Devon worked in the automotive industry as quality engineering experience while obtaining his Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
